What is the cost?
There is zero cost to you. We charge the lodging per diem reimbursement up to the daily rate of the on-base lodging.

Am I allowed to stay at a crashpad if lodging is available on base?
From Table 2-14 on Page 2-28 of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR):
Line 6: if “adequate Government Quarters are available on the U.S. installation to which a service member is assigned TDY, but the Service member chooses to use other lodgings; then the Service member is limited to the reimbursement cost of Government Quarters on the assigned TDY installation.” In other words, if you decline to stay on base, you will be reimbursed up to the government no-base lodging rate and you do not need a non-A form to stay with us!

If I am staying on base, can I move?
Yes – you are not obligated to stay on base. We would love to have you!
Can I bring my pets?
Yes. We allow one pet per resident, up to two pets in the home at a time. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
How do I pay?
You can use your government travel card or a personal credit card.
How does the referral program work?
It’s easy! Refer us to your friends and we will send you a $100 incentive gift. Don’t forget to have your friends tell us you sent them!
Do I receive a receipt for my stay?
Yes . We provide an itemized receipt for your stay, as well as payment confirmation receipts. You will receive these each month of your stay.
How do I get reimbursed for my stay?
You will upload all itemized receipts to DTS. The website below includes a video on how to submit your DTS.
